Most orders are prepared within 3–7 business days.
For custom hand-painted artworks, revision support is available during production. Multiple or major revisions may extend production time.

Courier partners may include DHL, FedEx, UPS, or equivalent carriers depending on destination.

Most orders arrive within 8–14 business days.
Delivery times may vary during holidays, customs inspections, or remote area service.

How are the artworks packaged?
Rolled paintings are packed carefully in a strong paper tube. Framed paintings are packed carefully in a quality wooden box.

Who takes care of the delivery?
Depending on the destination and the size of the work, we use delivery companies such as FedEx or DHL.

Which countries do you deliver to?
We deliver worldwide – or at least to all countries that our delivery partners operate in! Any concerns? Don't hesitate to contact us. We'll find a delivery solution for you, even if you live on a desert island!

How much does shipping cost?
Shipping costs are included in the price, regardless of destination.

Is the delivery of the artwork insured?
Absolutely! inkich insures the transport of the artwork. You have nothing to worry about, and there are no hidden costs.

Can I get artworks delivered to a different country or to a different person?
We will deliver to the address you provided on your order. We typically coordinate the delivery date with the recipient whose name you gave. If it's a surprise or a gift, just let us know!

International taxes & duties
Please note that once your order arrives in the destination country, local guidelines apply and your order may be subject to import taxes and local duties. These taxes and duties are not included in your purchase price and are the responsibility of the customer. However, if applicable, we will assist with any necessary communication with customs.
