Refund & Return Policy

30-Day Return Window
You may return eligible items within 30 days of receiving your order for a **full refund** of the product price.

Important – Return Shipping Cost:
- If the return is due to a defect or damage caused by inkich, we will cover the return shipping cost.
- If you return the item for any other reason (e.g., change of mind), **you are responsible for the return shipping cost**.

Restocking Fee
We charge **$0 restocking fee** for all returns.

Condition for Return
Items must be unused, in original packaging, and in the same condition as received.

How to Return
1. Contact us within 30 days of delivery to request a return authorization.
2. Be returned to the original shipping address.
3. Once we receive and inspect the item, we will process your refund within 7 business days.
 ⚠️ Please note: Returns sent to any other address may not be processed.

Damaged or Incorrect Artworks
If your artwork arrives damaged or is not what you ordered, contact us within 7 days of delivery. We will offer:
- A free replacement (shipped at our cost), or
- A full refund including original shipping costs.

We may request photos of the damage for verification.

Important – Hand-Painted vs. Prints
Hand-painted originals: Each piece is individually painted by an artist. Minor variations in color, brushstrokes, and composition are normal and make each artwork unique. These are not considered defects.
Fine prints (Original Print, Relief Print, etc.): These are high-quality reproductions. They are not hand-painted. Please refer to the product listing to confirm which type you are purchasing.

Our refund policy applies equally to both categories, except that “change of mind” returns for custom-sized hand-painted pieces may be subject to review.

Non-Returnable Items
- Custom or commissioned artworks (unless damaged or defective)

Refund Timeline
Refunds are issued to your original payment method within 7 business days after we receive the returned item. Depending on your bank, it may take additional time to appear on your statement.
